Cleopatra bathed in goat milk to keep her skin soft and youthful Legend has it. We use 40% whole, fresh goat milk to make this beauty bar. Any higher percentage of goat milk and the bar cannot hold its shape. Our goat milk soap is made by what we call the cold process. We painstakingly mix the soap ingredients. Then, the soap mixture creates its heat through a natural chemical process. The temperature never exceeds 160 degrees F. That is why we use this process to make this soap, as we never cook out the natural goodness from the goat milk. This process requires that we hand make the soap in small batches.
